The old saying, “People eat with their eyes” is very true and we have mastered the art of food merchandising. We showcase our menu with perfect lighting, angled towards the customer for easy viewing, labeled for instant identification, while providing appropriate fresh garnish for color.

Which would you rather have… “Run of the Mill” Or “Thrill on the Grill”? We add “thrill” in all of our food stations so our customers never get bored. A few of our seasonal food promotions featured at our action stations include:

  • Slammin’ Summer Salads – Grilled, natural poultry, meats, and seafood over organic summer greens with homemade dressings
  • Country Food Festivals – A celebration of the home grown goodness of mushrooms, garlic, and strawberries in a festival format
  • Fish Market – Fresh fish, delivered daily, prepared and served in fine dining style, coinciding with Lent
  • Fall into Bread and Soup – Made from scratch soups, artisan breads, flavored butters, and side salad. Soup sampling is always encouraged!
  • Bubba Gump – Shrimp, shrimp, and more shrimp.
